WSSD Re-Enrollment 2026-2027
Re-Enrollment Opens February 23 – March 13, 2026
Yes, you heard that right—families will have three weeks only to re-enroll for the 2026–27 school year.
The re-enrollment window closes promptly at 1:00 PM on Friday, March 13, 2026.
We’re also excited to introduce FACTS, our new contract and billing system beginning in the 2026–27 school year!
Important Registration Updates
For the upcoming school year, we will no longer require a tuition deposit. Instead, families will pay a non-refundable registration fee of $350 per student.
The registration fee secures your student’s place for the upcoming school year and supports administrative and enrollment-related costs associated with preparing for the academic year.
Families who re-enroll during the re-enrollment period will receive $100 off the registration fee and secure their student’s spot for the coming year.
Re-enrollments submitted on or after March 14, 2026, will be subject to the full registration fee, and placement may be limited based on availability.

Do you offer sibling discounts?
Yes, we offer a 20% sibling discount.
What are the payment options?
FACTS Tuition Management is the contracts and billing platform used for all families to manage online enrollment and tuition agreements. Setting up your FACTS Tuition account is a required step and secures your child’s place in class, as registration is not guaranteed without a complete enrollment contract and tuition agreement.
WSSD does not charge interest on monthly tuition payments; however, FACTS Tuition Management applies a one-time account setup fee based on the payment plan you select:
- $0 setup fee for a one-payment plan (fee covered by WSSD)
- $25 setup fee for a two-payment plan
- $55 setup fee for a twelve-payment plan
What is the monthly tuition policy?
Tuition Due Dates
Tuition payments are due on either the 5th or the 20th of each month, beginning July 2026, and are processed through FACTS Tuition Management.
Late Fees
If a scheduled payment is not successfully collected by FACTS on the selected due date, a non-refundable $30 late fee will be assessed by WSSD, in addition to any fees assessed by FACTS.
NSF Fees
Payments returned for non-sufficient funds will incur a non-refundable $25.00 NSF fee.
Past Due Payments
If tuition or fees remain unpaid for 60 days and no approved payment arrangement is in place, the student(s) may be prohibited from attending classes until the outstanding balance is paid in full or satisfactory arrangements have been made. Families are expected to communicate proactively with the school regarding any financial difficulties.
Is the Registration Fee refundable?
The $350.00 registration fee is non-refundable and is required to secure enrollment. Registration fees are not eligible for any discounts.
For re-enrolling students, the registration fee is due by March 13, 2026. For new students, the registration fee is due concurrent with registration.
What is the Application Fee?
The Application Fee is $150 due with application and $50 for siblings of re-enrollees.
What is the New Student Registration Fee?
The $300.00 new student fee is non-refundable and due at the time of registration.
