Deadlines
WSSD Re-Enrollment 2026-2027
Monday, March 9, 2026 through Friday, March 13, 2026, at 1 PM.
All current families re-enrolling for the 2026-2027 school year must sign their Enrollment Contract and submit a $1,000 Tuition Deposit per student by Friday, March 13, 2026, at 1 PM.
This process is essential for two key reasons:
- Secures your child’s place in class for the upcoming school year.
- Supports the school’s financial planning, ensuring we can effectively allocate resources and maintain a strong academic program.

Yes, we offer a 20% sibling discount.
What are the payment options?
CLARITY ACCOUNT Clarity Tuition is the Contracts & Billing Platform for all families, managing online enrollment and tuition agreements. Setting up your Clarity Tuition account is a required step and secures your child’s place in class, as registration is not guaranteed without a completed enrollment contract & tuition agreement. WSSD does not charge interest for monthly tuition payments; however, Clarity Tuition applies account setup fees based on your selected payment plan.
- $0 setup fee for a one-payment plan
- $25 setup fee for a two-payment plan
- $50 setup fee for a three or more payment plan
What is the monthly tuition policy?
MONTHLY TUITION POLICY Tuition is due on the 5th or 20th of each month starting in July 2025 via Clarity Tuition. If your payments are not made by the due date of each month these are the late fees that may be incurred.
- $30 late fee for payments not collected by the selected due date (WSSD).
- $25 fee for any returned ACH payments (Clarity).
If any tuition or fee payment becomes 30 days past due without an agreed-upon payment arrangement, the student(s) will not be permitted to return to class until the outstanding balance is paid or arrangements are made.
Is the Tuition Deposit refundable?
ABOUT TUITION DEPOSITS The $1000 Tuition deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from total annual tuition. Tuition deposits are not eligible for discounts including tuition adjustment or remission. Tuition deposits are due March 14, 2025 for re-enrolling students, and concurrent with registration for new students.
What is the Application Fee?
The Application Fee is $150 due with application and $50 for siblings of re-enrollees.
What is the New Student Registration Fee?
The new student registration fee is $300 and due at the time of registration when you pay the $1000 tuition deposit.
